Our Gymnastics Club is designed to foster a love of movement and provide a nurturing environment for children with Autism. Gymnastics provides children with a sensory-rich environment to stimulate the brain, foster social skills, and strengthen fine and gross motor skills.
This class provides a method for learning new physical and social/emotional skills while having a ton of fun.

Our Martial Club will help to increase your childs' Self Awareness, Self-Esteem, Self-Control and Confidence. This will be achieved through fun and exercise, which are essentials to the program. Further benefits include improved Fitness, Teamwork, Social Skills, Coordination and Focus.

Are you ready for a "UNIQUE" blend of Fitness?  Our Creative "YOGA" Fitness Club is just what you need, a mixture of Yoga and Arts& Crafts in one fun filled session.

Benefits such as increased social-emotional skills, language and communication, body awareness, self-regulation, focus and concentration and a reduction in anxiety, impulsive, obsessive, aggressive and self-stimulatory behaviors have also been noted.
